Nothing beats Colorado stone fruit from the Palisades. We spoiled our guests with honey white wine poached apricots, pistachio cream, cocoa alfajores
as fall approached, sunsets came quicker but the connection didn't stop

Join us on the farm that started it all! Start your evening with our signature kombucha bar and table snacks before being whisked off on a farm tour with farmer Hardy. When you return, indulge in appetizers, a 3 course farm dinner listen to the sounds of live music and watch the sun set behind the Foothills.
The Whistling Boar culinary journey continues with a stop at Ollin Farms. Experience our Deluxe Boar's Larder ~ a supreme appetizer station filled with local cheeses and charcuterie, fermented and fresh farm veggies, dips and spreads served with our artisan breads breads and crisps. Get ready for a 3 course farm dinner.

This is our most intimate dinner as the Boar Team lead by chef David will cook and talk with you for the evening.
Our debut dinner at the Farmette! Enjoy luscious surroundings as we spoil you with passed appetizers, a beer & wine bar and a 4 course chef tasting menu

Beverages ~ This farm dinner is also a benefit for Slow Food Boulder. They will be selling wine and beer at the dinner for their organization. Please do not bring your own wine or beer ~ you can plan on buying it here by the bottle or glass.
